Shipping

• We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your city.
• Free shipping on orders over Rs. 4,999. A flat delivery charge applies below this amount.
• You'll receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order ships.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most cities.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
• To start a return, contact us at info@nexmart.com.pk or 0324-1057304 with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we'll arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-returnable items: Products that are damaged due to misuse, missing accessories, or without original packaging cannot be accepted for return.
